Dianette Wells

Dianette Wells has built her life on one simple belief: the greatest views—and the greatest growth—come after the hardest physical pursuits.

One of fewer than 400 people in the world to complete the Seven Summits, Dianette has stood atop the highest mountain on every continent, including Everest, Denali, Vinson, Aconcagua, Elbrus, Kilimanjaro, and Carstensz Pyramid. Her passion for adventure has also taken her through four Eco-Challenges, more than 150 miles of grueling desert races, a bicycle journey across America, and endurance competitions around the globe.

But the outdoors tell only part of her story.

Beyond her athletic pursuits, Dianette has remodeled and flipped more than 20 homes and co-founded the Malibu Cystic Fibrosis Guild, helping raise more than $3 million for research and patient care. She serves on the board of Marley's Mutts Dog Rescue and has long supported the Cambodian Children's Fund.

"It’s definitely not about the competition or I would focus on placing. It’s more about the challenge. The preparation. How to do it better the next time. The camaraderie with either teammates or 100 crazy people all doing the same thing. The only competition is with myself - how to be faster, stronger, and better."

— Dianette Wells

After experiencing unimaginable personal loss, Dianette discovered that resilience isn't forged only on mountaintops—it is built in the quiet moments when life demands that we keep moving forward. Her experiences have inspired her to encourage others to embrace courage, find purpose through adversity, and take their own next step, no matter how steep the climb.

Now living in North Carolina, she is a member of the Charlotte Dragon Boat Team Fury, continuing to seek new challenges and proving that adventure has no age limit.

Above all, Dianette is the proud mother of three. Whether scaling mountains, crossing finish lines, or helping others navigate life's most difficult journeys, she believes every summit begins with the decision to take one more step.
